STEP 3 : STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT
If in scope, we will conduct a holistic and strategic business model exercise with your management team. Industry research has identified 6 business model requirements that Direct Selling Industry companies need to attract and retain participation.
STEP 4 : ENGAGEMENT
Cross-functional discussion and ideation on activities in agreed scope, and then development of a detailed engagement plan, timelines, resources, and budget requirements. Step will include multiple sessions with your cross-functional team as we peel back the issue and identify solutions together.
STEP 5 : EXECUTION
Holistic and Cross-functional process of working through the Engagement Plan and implementing solutions. SHRG team will interface and manage any resources included from our network of Advisors and Partner Vendors. An operating “rhythm” will be established to guide and unify the involved team.
STEP 6 : MAINTENANCE
Ensuring structures and KPI’s are in place to monitor implemented solutions, and support sustainable success. Includes weekly, monthly, or quarterly calls with team to trouble shoot and modify plans as need.
