CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John 'JT' Thatch
John “JT” Thatch, is an accomplished, energetic, entrepreneur minded Executive who has the vision and knowledge to create growth and shareholder value in any organization. Mr. Thatch has successfully started, owned and operated several sized businesses in various industries that include service companies, retail, wholesale, on-line learning, finance, real estate management and technology.
Mr. Thatch successfully merged a technology company into a company that was a publicly traded entity and became CEO of the company for five years which currently trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under name of Orbital Energy Group “OEG”. He has continued to work in the public and private sector since then as a C-level Executive. He was named President/CEO of the Company in March 2018. Mr. Thatch serves on various Boards and is the lead independent director of Document Security Systems, Inc. “DSS” a NYSE listed company.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Anthony S. Chan, CPA
Mr. Anthony S. Chan has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2021. Anthony is a certified public accountant registered with the State of New York and a seasoned finance executive with over 32 years of professional experience in auditing, compliance and risk management and providing business advisory services. Currently, Anthony is the Chief Operating Officer of Alset EHome International Inc. (NASDAQ:AEI).
Anthony has also served, since 2014, as President and Co-founder of CA Global Consulting, Inc. and, since 2020, as Director of Assurance and Advisory Services of Wei, Wei & Co., LLP, a PCAOB-registered public accounting firm. Previously, Anthony served as Chief Financial Officer of several public companies, including SPI Energy Company, Ltd. (NASDAQ:SPI), Helo Corp. (OTC:HLOC) and Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. Prior to that, Anthony was a partner at three full-service CPA firms in New York, namely, UHY LLP, Friedman LLP and Berdon LLP.
Chief Operations Officer
Tony Chaplin brings to the table more than 25 years of experience in the network marketing and party planning industries. His work with leading industry suppliers and manufacturing companies has allowed him to gain key insights into the businesses, and he’s taken the lead in increasing sales, growth, and retention in more than 20 European and North American markets. Throughout his career, Mr. Chaplin has served in key executive positions in several multinational direct selling companies. In his last venture, he was instrumental in developing several product lines and bringing them to market while also improving in-house communication and teamwork among corporate leaders. His vast experience in developing people, understanding the nuances of markets, and launching new products throughout the world serves him in his role at The Happy Co. As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Chaplin contributes to enhancing efficiencies and increasing profitability by streamlining processes across the board.
Chief Marketing Officer
Clare Holbrook is a creative, global sales and marketing executive with more than 25 years of direct selling experience. As Sharing Services Global Corporation Chief Marketing Officer, Clare brings her global perspective to the company’s branding strategy and country-specific messaging. Having worked and lived in the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union, Clare can communicate effectively in five languages, which bodes well as the company expands around the world. Clare began her career in public relations for Lufthansa German Airlines in Stuttgart, Germany. She also worked for Pearle Vision in the Netherlands, helping improve customer service levels in 90 retail stores. The majority of Clare’s experience comes as a senior marketing executive in successful network marketing businesses doing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual sales. In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, Clare helps create, determine, and direct the marketing strategy for Sharing Services Global Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Director of Information Technology
Steve Carnes has served as the Company's Director of Information Technology since April 2022. Steve has served in various technology leadership positions throughout the last 25 years. Prior to joining SHRG, Steve had served as the VP of Technology and Digital Experience at Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas; Chief Information Officer at the National Cutting Horse Association, Chief Information Officer at C-III Capital Partners, as well as other technology leadership positions in the commercial real estate finance industry. In these roles, he has led, planned, coordinated, and implemented cloud migrations, software development projects, IT security projects and has essentially been responsible for anything that plugs into a wall that isn't a lamp, although many of the roles included facilities responsibilities as well. Steve also co-founded a non-technology product company and has been involved in the early stages of various technology startups. Steve holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
Executive VP of General Counsel
Cathy McCain joined Sharing Services Global Corporation in August 2018. Prior to that, she worked at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, supporting federal government clients, planning legal reviews, drafting government proposals, and providing labor and time estimates. McCain’s career experience also spans complex tax, criminal, and commercial litigation matters; liaising with the federal government; and incorporating advanced analytics into her work. Cathy received her Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, D.C., is a member of the State Bar of Washington and holds Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
Director of Events & Merchandise
Courtney Tyler has been serving as the Director of Events & Merchandising since June 2022. Courtney has a B.A. in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University, located in Hampton, Virginia. With over 15 years of experience in event planning and management, Courtney prides herself on creating memorable and meaningful events for clients. Courtney has been planning events since 2005 in the Direct Sales Industry. She has orchestrated many high level events with the HCo.(The Happy Co.), as well as companies like World Ventures. Not only has Courtney managed corporate meetings and conferences, but she has cultivated vendor relationships while planning experience events and destination trips. When not working, Courtney enjoys traveling, watching sports and spending time with her son, family, and friends.

Heng Fai Chan
An accomplished global business veteran of more than 40 years Mr. Chan Heng Fai specializes in financial restructuring and corporate transformation to unlock value and unleash entrepreneurial zeal while managing risk. He has successfully restructured more than 35 corporations in different industries and countries. Some of the remarkable companies that he has built, rescued or transformed include American Pacific Bank (USA), China Gas Holdings Limited and Heng Fai Enterprises Limited both (listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), Global Med Technologies, Inc. (U.S. medical software company exited for US$60 million), Singhaiyi Group Ltd (listed on the Singapore Exchange). More details of his achievements and track record can be found at http://fai185.com/. Mr. Heuszel has extensive expertise in a wide array of strategic, business, turnaround and regulatory matters across several industries as a result of his executive management, educational and operational experience. Mr. Heuszel is the current CEO of Document Security Systems (DSS), and prior to that Mr. Heuszel had a very successful career in commercial banking. For over 35 years, Heuszel served in many senior executive roles with major U.S. and international banking organizations. As a banker, Mr. Heuszel has served as General Counsel, Director of Special Assets, Credit Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Auditor. Mr. Heuszel also operates a successful law practice focused on the regulation and operation of banks, management of bank litigation, corporate restructures and merger and acquisitions. In addition to being an attorney and executive manager, Mr. Heuszel is also a Certified Public Accountant (retired), and a Certified Internal Auditor.
Mr. Trapp is Chief Executive Officer at Bmi Capital International LLC and Chief Executive Officer & Director at BMI Financial Group, Inc. He is also General Manager at SeD Development Management LLC and on the board of 6 other companies. In the past Mr. Trapp held the position of President & Director at Master of Real Estate LLC, Director at HotApp Blockchain, Inc., Manager-Canadian Operations at Pacific Concord Holding Ltd., Director & Managing Director at eVision International, Inc. and President at American Fronteer Financial Corp. (a subsidiary of eVision International, Inc.), Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Treasurer at Asia SuperNet Corp., General Manager for Hotel Plaza Miyazaki KK and Senior Vice President for Inter-American Management LLC. Mr. Trapp received an undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary and an undergraduate degree from Ryerson University.
Castel Hibbert is originally from Detroit, Michigan and has been in Texas since 1981. He attended Michigan State University where he earned a B.A. degree in Employee Relations and the University of Texas-Austin where he received his MBA in 1983. He has been involved in corporate banking for 37 years and has held various executive management and line responsibilities. He currently works with upper middle market companies and private equity backed sponsors. Castel Hibbert is Executive Vice President in the Commercial Banking Group at Veritex Community Bank. He has served on several boards and has been married for 35 years and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Chris Zimmerman is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Keystone Bancshares, Inc. and Keystone Bank. Chris joined Keystone Bank with 12 years of experience in the banking industry including multiple mergers and acquisitions. Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Public Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and achieved his CPA certification in 2003. Since then, he has served as CFO and Controller for two other banks in Texas. Chris and his wife, Sandy, have two young boys, Austin and Zach.
David Keene is an executive at Community Bank of Texas and has been in commercial and wholesale mortgage banking since 1979. David serves as a credit officer, and as a mortgage banker, he was the Regional Sales Manager for a national wholesale mortgage lender. David earned an undergraduate degree at Baylor University in both economics and finance. He is the Vice President of a local water board that successfully financed the public infrastructure for a master planned community containing over 4,000 homes.

Fleming has been involved in the direct selling channel of distribution, directly and indirectly, for more than 40 years. He is a former executive of Avon Products Inc., former Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Direct Selling News and current principal of Ideas & Design Group LLC. His ongoing work is focused on research, writing, selective consulting and speaking. His “voice” today is focused on supporting the gig economy conversation and those who have sought the flexibility, freedom and rewards associated with working in accordance to available hours, rather than the specific requirements of a specific job. John is a member of the Direct Selling Association Hall of Fame, Direct Selling Education Foundation Circle of Honor and the first Direct Selling News Lifetime Achiever. He serves in advisory capacity to individual corporate executives. He is also a member of USANA Health Sciences, Inc. Board of Directors.
